Quality furniture built to last from infancy to teen was the backdrop to creating a store that is affordable for families. The Gilbreths held the Grand Opening of their first children's furniture and accessories location in Algonquin, IL, during late summer of 2003. With Robert's diverse background in retail and Marcia's background in education, the two came up with a unique, quality store that provides everything necessary to "make your child's room a special place." After raising three children of their own, they realized the importance of making a child's room unique and special; a place where memories will be formed to last a lifetime. In the fall of 2007, they relocated their location to a larger store in 2007 to better serve their customers. The new store more than triples the showroom space and provides the most unique offerings of children's furniture, gifts and accessories in the Chicagoland area. The store displays are indicative of the room settings and decor to "Make your child's room a special place!"
